Tunze Steam Rock Question

I have two stream rocks and powerheads and am a little unsure how to set them up. I have a 220g mixed reef tank.

Should I place the rocks on the bottom of the tank near the back corners and aim them at the front glass?

Can I stack live rock on top of them?

You will need to clean your streams at some point in time, so keep them at the top of the tank. I point mine at the glass at about a 45. I have also seen one pointed at the front and one pointed at the back glass.
