Are there any fish foods pellets that have no phosphates ? What is a good pellet food ?

I don't think there are any fish foods containing zero phosphates although some types are worse than others. (Cheap flake food comes immediately to mind.)
There are many good pellet foods. It would definitely help to know what fishes you're feeding and how you're feeding them. Some pellets float and others sink. Most will work well in autofeeders but floating pellets might require the use of a feeder ring.
Spectrum and VibraGro (ORAglow) pellets are excellent. I also like HBH soft and moist sinking pellets. Boyd makes a "crumble" that's pretty good.
