I have most of my rock in my 135g supported on eggcrate and PVC structures. It works great to achieve swimming room underneath and many people have said that it looks cool. Build "legs" out of 1/2" PVC and ziptie eggcrate on top for a shelf. You need to place the rocks just right to hide the legs, but it can be done with a little patience.

yup, I'll be doing one like Tiggsy's now... I don't know how it will look in my smaller tank, but I can always hope!

There was a tank of the month a couple months back that showed how he used PVC and egg-crate to help form his landscape. Check the back issues.

I am taking the week after Christmas off with the intent of using the time to build my reef. I will be using Great Stuff. Probably a 6 pack of the stuff.
