I have built two acrylic tanks until now and I have seen that some solvent runs out of the joint when you apply it on the bottom edges of the tank from outside.I think this could not happen if the top and bottom pieces of acrylic were 1-2cm longer.Then,after building the tank you could use a router to cut these extra 1-2cm.Am I right?Has anyone done it before?
