The next 30% off sale will begin Wednesday January 9th. Customers who have signed up for our retail loyalty program in the store will receive the new sale flyer in the mail in early January.

Sale flyers will also be available in the retail store on days other than Wednesdays for customers who make a purchase at the registers. There are limited amounts of coupons printed, so they will only be available while supplies last.

There is still time to sign up for the mailing list in the store if you are not already on it, so that you can get your sale flyer in the mail.

I haven't received my coupon yet and Wednesday is only 5 days away.

Also, I was under the impression that one could redeem a coupon every Wednesday of the month, not just once. I have 105 mile round trip and with the price of gas being what it is I'm not about to make an extra trip just to pick up a coupon.

My point is that I feel that coupons should be available for pick up any day including on the day of the discount to be used the next week.

The new coupons were mailed yesterday (1/3/08), so they should get to customers mailboxes prior to the first Wednesday sale of this promotion.

The 30% coupons are limited to one coupon per customer, per day. So yes, you can use a new coupon every Wednesday for the duration of the sale event.

Sale flyers will be given out in the retail store at the registers for all customers as bag stuffers. Coupons will be given out in the store while supplies last.

Unfortunately we can not give away coupons on the days of the Wednesday sale events, you must come into the store on another day to receive additional coupons. We realize that this is more difficult for customers who live longer distances away from us, but we feel that a 30% discount is worth an extra trip.

As to a 30% discount being worth an extra 105 miles trip being worth it, I don't think so. 5 gallons of gas = $15.00 = break even point at $50.00 purchase. That's not counting wear and tear on the car and half a day wasted. Doesn't sound very good to me. But one coupon a month is nice to have, just doesn't seem fair that you get penalized for living far away and still patronizing your store.

I, too, have signed up for the sales flyers multiple times over the years, and have never gotten one in the mail. I have to pick them up at the store, and it's been like pulling teeth to get one from the employees lately.

The sale flyers are intended to reward our loyal customers with a nice discount offer, and entice customers to visit the store more often. Unfortunately we had problems with customers abusing the open access to the flyers in the store, some customers were taking handfuls at a time, and trying to come through the registers multiple times on the sale days. We only print a limited number of each flyer, so when people started taking more than their share we would run out of them for everyone else. This is the reason we have made the flyers more difficult to get in the store. It really is a shame that a few people have made this much more difficult than it needs to be, but we have been forced to put our sale flyer policies in place to protect ourselves from people who try to take advantage of the situation.

Flyers are mailed out to active customer who live in a 150 mile radius of our Lancaster location. An active customer is anyone who has placed a mailorder order, purchased under their account in the retail store, or signed up for the mailing in the retail store within the last 12 months. Sale flyers are mailed out once per customer.

I live ten minutes away, I've spent thousands of dollars in the retail store during the last ten months, and STILL can't get on the mailing list. I'm on my way over there now, and I'll try again (it's Wacky Wednesday!)
