NOVA Extreme fixture mod?

Does anyone know if there's a way to mod the NOVA Extreme T-5 fixtures to have individual reflectors?

I don't know for sure, but the icecap and tek individual reflector are like 2.75 inches wide.

I have been wanting to know also, someone on here did it but i cant seem to find the thread. if anyone has any idea please let me know.
