Problem withNEW STYLE MINI-G

As continued from were I was sent a replacement pump for the new design the new pump is doing the same thing as the old one! I think it has something to do with the new under the housing design as I havent heard of many problems with that style. I would like to know if I can get my exchanged for that style? I will also be sending an email with regaurds to this issue. Please let me know that we can get this fixed ASAP! Thanks

Got another pump and it was doing the same thing, alot of fuss and time down without a running skimmer but Albert called me tonight and told me that the manufacture had changed the needle wheel size to a larger size and that they are sending me a new needle wheel. I wanted to return for a full refund though...:( I already invested in another piggyback style....Albert think I can just get the refund??

Contacted Aquacave and was told that the company that makes the pumps have fixed the problem with a different prop head thingy? I am still waiting on the replacement. Can I get an update with some tracking?

receive new motor prop and it is somewhat smaller in size. It has been running for a few days now and its isnt putting out but about half the air/water mix that the orginal did. Not making any foam in the cup. I guess I am stuck with it now. My over all review. This unit would have been amazing because when it does work it works great, the shutting off and on is a pain but it comes back on and makes great skim
