Ok.. I'm new to the hobby for the most part. I have made a huge leap from 24 gallon nano. To an AG 215. I have recently completed the stand and canopy.

I now have all the parts to get the plumbing installed. I purchased a MRC custom sump and a MRC skimmer. I have 2 pumps, one for the skimmer and the other for the return.

How the heck does all this stuff get plumbed? Anyone got a diagram?

Thanks

Not sure exactly how detailed you want it. Basically, your drain lines from the tank will enter the skimmer section of the sump. The skimmer and pump will sit in that section, there may be an elevated platform for the skimmer to keep it at a constant water level. Then your return pump will go in the last section and be plumbed to the return lines on your tank.

I have not seen or used the MRC products, so cannot be of more help. Hopefully somebody else will chime in with more details.

Is the tank drilled or do you have to use a Overflow box? I have pics in my gallery if you want to tale a peek. I have all my stuff Plumbed with PVC. It makes it nice, clean and easy user friendly.

These diagrams are a great resource but I'm still a bit confused.

My MRC skimmer is a recirculating. It has 4 inlets/outlets.

My MRC sump has a refugium but it isn't inline with the flow of the sump.

I know there has to someone out there that has a complete MRC system.

Thanks.

Why don't you contact the manufacturer? They should have some sort of product support.
