Building a new system

I am building a new system 300 gallon. Acrylic or glass? Why. I am looking for a good thread of a complete build.

Start searching large tank forum for info on complete builds. I prefer the look of glass but acryllic is easier to cutomize yourself. I guess this tank is personal preference.
