Octopus Skimmer????????

I have this label on my Skimmer....is this the same as the octopus skimmers that Premium Aquatics and coralvue are selling?

Is it any good?
How does it compare to the one that the above mention companys sell?

There is only one octopus skimmer for say just different distributers. There is SWC and Coralvue which distributes to stores like Premium Aquatics.
