wet/dry sump

First I would like to say I am new to this forum.

Here is my set up:

75g Acrylic, builtin over flow (48"L, 20"H, 18"W)
20g Sump w/LR
90 lbs of LR (Combined weight from tank and sump)
40 lbs of LS
Koralia 3
Koralia 2
6 x 65watt T5 Light

My questrion is:

Do you guys add any clean up crew/live stock to you LR sump?

P.S. I have no light source down there. I cant do a Refug because of space.

You can. Usually my snails reproduce and the eggs hatch in dark sections of my fuge. There is LR as well. As long as there all under water it should be fine...
