the 1st is alge and the 3rd is and 4th is just coraline.... how long have you been in the hobby?

I totally agree with scram2. 1st looks to be cyanobacteria of the green variety. 3 and 4 are beneficial coraline algae. No idea on the type of flounder.

I just manually remove cyano, stir your dip net around above it and it will float loose from the currents. Then just scoop it up.

The green stuff looks like just plain algae to me and not cyano.

uhhh....someone said its cyano and you said its plain algae.

its just plain algea just scrub it off not bad you will always get algea.... so just wipe it off or you can get a turbo snail and it will help keep it off....dont worry about it. but the coraline is good shows you your tank is doing good.:)

if its cyano then it would be red and slimy and you could tell its not anything good but its a red-purple color so if its green it normally just algea and your light causes that so dont worry. hope this helps you.
