Phosban Reactor Question

i set up my TLF phos reactor this afternoon and believe i have the proper flow passing thru it, slight movement of the rowaphos, but only in half the reactor, is this normal?

Yes, sometimes it can get compacted and water will take the path of least resistance. I usually tap on mine or shake it a little to get all the media moving. Also, increasing the flow a little might help.
