Wife gave the go ahead to get the bigger tank in build and parts acquisition so I want to get a stand/canopy build going.
Can someone get me the measurements from a 180 so I know what the exact foot print of this tank would be? I need the measurements from edge to edge including the plastic trim from front to back and side to side across the front. Also would need the measurement of how high the plastic trim is so I can build a trim piece that will hide it when installed in the stand. I assume the top and bottoms are the same.
Not sure if the sizing is the same on a 180 and 210 so If someone could get one of each of these measurements it would be greatly appreciated. Will most likely go 210 but if a deal pops up on a 180 may go that route or vice versa

Went to 2 local stores today and neither has these in stock for me to get measurements off of.

Thanks guys

khoivo1,
Thanks so much the info as its greatly appreciated. Want to make sure design plans will allow for the tank+trim plus some extra for safety margin in the stand. Hate to build one and find its too tight in the end.

jcato,
Thanks for getting the measurements for me also. I just wanted to make sure the base with trim was the same with 180 and 210. Didnt know if one may have had thicker trim than the other.

Only thing I need to plan on is height difference between the two.

Thanks guys
