algae ID please

Its hair algae. Starts off as bubbles on the live rock. When they break open you end up with what you have. Most tangs will eat it.

I had a large Blue hippo tang and it caused my copperband butterfly to stress out and die so I had to get rid of it and get another copperband because I have aptasia. What else eats this hair algae? Any other tangs that would not bother the copperband?
