Calcium Reactor Qs

What is the cheapest way to make or buy a Calcium reactor?

My guess would be an aragonite filled recirculated length of PVC, a regulator, and a tank of CO2?

Craigslist or the for sale forum here. You should be able to get a complete set for under $300 if you are patient.
