Flow in refuge???

I thought i read some threads on having less flow in your refuge than you would want in a sump or main tank.

Is this right and how much flow is right for a refuge??

The trick is you usually want slower flow rates going between the 'fuge and the display, but having good flow within the 'fuge itself is helpful for better algea growth, etc.

So having powerheads or a closed loop inside the refugium is ussually the way to go.
