I want to add new light well more light.. I ahve a 75 gal. I have a canopy with 2 white 2 blue and 2 moon lights I wanna say they are 65 if that sounds right? I need to add more light so I can get more coral

Do i have to get rid of my old light and get new or can I add additional lighting to the front of the tank

That lighting is likely okay for soft corals. What corals did you want to keep? Lighting gets very expensive.

well depending on how nifty you are with the power tools. you COULD technicnliy speaking buy a MH retrofit kit and break apart your old strip and turn it into a weird retrofit system. or just order some T5HO for your canopy and place them off set of the CF strip.

Ya I know my tank looks good but every time my friends come over they tell me I don't have enough light. I have my bubble died and is actually comming back into it and I want to add some ohhhh it looks lie green fish eggs?

I find alot of my pollips and things are not really opening up the way I think they should. I just want to show them I can do it. I have two yellow tangs 1 man. goby 1 lawnmower blenny star pol. zooanthids leathers kena trees yellow and pink fish not sure of its name clown fish 3 green chromis yellow sponges crabs and snails nas. snaild lots of baby star fish and one sand sifter.

green fish eggs are you talking about a torch coral ? or GSPs?

i have the a 50/50 light that I bout at a fish store and the man who sould it to me told me to just add it to a regular light and put it on my tank and I would see a huge differance. Then my friend told me that would not work at all the I had been to for a fool

I'm not sure what animal you mean. If you could post a link, that would help a lot.
