not sure where to post this..
I have 3 iwaki pumps MD-30RLT, MD-40RLT and WMD-40RLXT
Are the propeller assembly on these 3 pump interchangeable? does anyone know ?
I am guessing the MD 30/40 maybe interchangeable
I really like to know this before do the swap and just to find out that it does not fit, it's a very tight space, very hard to remove.
The reason I am asking is that, I need to swap out the MD-30 (run super quiet, but the chassis really hot, close to untouchable, I think it will die soon) with the MD-40 in my tank. But it's easier for me to remove just the pump part and slide in the MD-40 motor than remove the whole assembly (tight space)
