It means that you can use enough ozone to control bacteria levels in your rotifers ;)

In general, I do not think it would be a good idea to have any detectable OPO's in a reef aquarium. :)

I see no need for ozone in a rotifer culture system as well. Much of the bacteria in rotifer cultures is extremelly benificial and IMO needs to be there. I deal with some of the worlds largest volume rotifer growers and none of them use any ozone in their systems that supply their 1/2 billion dollar cod farms.
