Ice Cap 430 manual

Does anyone have the Ice Cap 430 manual they could post a pic of or e-mail me. The ballast has the wiring diagram for a two lamp configuration and says to refer to the manual for three lap configuration which is what I would like to do. Unfortunatly I can't find the manual.
