wondering i used about 1 water bottle fullofpublix spring water in my quarentine tank is this ok wont harm anything?

How big is the QT tank and how big was the bottle of water you added?

the qt tank is 10 g and i added 16.9 fl oz (500)ml

I would think that you should be fine. To be safe, I would suggest just testing the water for amonia and phosphates. It's hard to tell what trace elements are in the spring water.

If there are any traces of amonia in the QT tank, then add some Amqeul to it to detox it. But, I really think you'll be ok.
