I want to move my anenome and clown to my 29 gal and put all of my coral in my 75. My ? is how much lighting would I need in my 29 to sustain the anenome?

I think t-5's should do the trick...not too sure though...

T-5s will be plenty.

What kind of nem, and what light do you have on it now?

I have a Colored Condylactus Anemone. The lighting is a 17w 50/50 and a 18w ultra sun. The corals are doing ok, they could use more light though.

Is that what you have on the 75 or the 28? Either way, it's way too weak for just about any photosynthetic coral or anemone in more than a couple inches of water. If I were you I'd upgrade that lighting before I do anything else.

I have a 28 gal clownfish/anemone tank with a 150W Hetal Halide and PC actinics. You should shoot for at least the same wattage with full spectrum VHOs, T5s, or metal halide in a 28 gallon tank.

The nem is in my 75 rt now. The lighting in that tank is VHO 110W 10000k, 110W Actinic not sure of the K's and I also have 48" Fluorescent Power Compact PC Aquarium Light 260W with 8 moonlights.

I would do a 150 MH with a 14 K bulb. That way it will give you more blue in the bulb so you won't have to worry about seperate actinics. But the higher the kelvin rating, the slower your corals will grow.
