I am currently upgrading my tank from a 90gal to 180gal. What I use now for lighting is a coralife aqualight pro with two 150mh and two 96w actinic pc. I am thinking with staying with the same setup but with 250w mh bulbs and four 96w pc...Is 250 enough?...or should I be looking at something else? I keep a little bit a everything in my tank. I don’t want to be limited.

Thanks.

I also have a 180...dimensions are 72X18x30. I run a 72 inch fixture 3x150's and (4) 96 watt Pc actinics. I have clams and mostly softies. The 150's keep the heat down but definately makes me be selective where I put my corals. I don't think this is a bad thing and also keeps my electric bill down a bit. I've had LPS and SPS in this tank and all did good with this lighting.
