I have to move one of my clown fish to another tank and i choose to put it in a 10 gallon tank because it's getting picked on. Do I really need a wave maker in that tank?
No. It's ok. You may have one clown attempting to become female, and picking on the male. THis is common...can get more serious in a smaller tank.
You don't by any chance have maroons or tomatos, do you? They can get really snarky.

You do not need a wavemaker. You did mean a wavemaker and not a powerhead right?

a korilia power head would give you turbulant flow--for a 10 gal tank a number one would be plenty---400gph
