110 gal tank mostly LPS & softies what lighting?

2- 250 watt MH

or

2-400 watt MH?

I currently have like 4.66 WPG over my tank which is like the title says mostly LPS and softies..

what should I do? Its a 110 tall so its 29 1/2 inches tall..

With softies and lps I would vote for the 250's. You really won't need the extra punch of the 400's for softies.

250's would be plenty. I have SPS growing on the bottom of my tank on my 110.

Heck, a nice 6-8 bulb T5 setup with individual reflectors would be more than enough.

2x250 would work nicely also.

2x400 would be little more than a waste of electricity and unnecessary heat being added to your tank.

Agree 250 is plenty
