change of light bulbs

I had 4-55w 10k bulbs and 2-55w blue blubs (PCs)

I changed to 4-65w 10k and 2-65w true actinics

Now one of my GSPs won't open up. Could this be due to the change in lighting? Everyting else is fine, including another GSP located higher in the tank.

Water prams are fine.

Might be, but just wait. GSP will sometimes close up for a week or more when there is a change of conditions. As long as the mat isn't dissolving they WILL open up again and look better than ever.

Did you change your ballast, or just the bulbs?
