I ordered the LT-CV-T5RK-48 48" Two Lamp T5 Retro Kit by CoralVue last week. I received it in two days which is awesome. Everything was packaged great and I installed it the next day and it worked fine. Then on the second day it would not light up. I confirmed that it was not my outlets or the lamps. I figured that maybe a wire came loose inside the housing. Unfortunately the housing is in- assessible so it can not be checked. I would like to return this fixture. I know your only suppose to get a refund on un-used products but since this only worked for one day does it qualify? I would assume that I could get it replaced as a defective product but I am a little worried about the ballast and wiring being in-assessible and am not sure I want another one. If something were to go wrong after the guarantee period, I would have to replace the whole unit. I would be happy with a store credit which I would use on a similar T5 product that is more assessible to the ballast. Please advise.
