Is my tank leaking?

For the past couple weeks I've been noticing some salt creep on the lower trim of my tank all around the bottom edge. Dunno how it's getting there because I haven't had any overflows and I clean it whenever I see it but it comes back. The tank is a perfecto and only about a year old. Anybody else have this problem or know what's going on?

If you have some salt creep , something leaking very slowly.
