Good Solenoid?

I've been looking at redoing my top-off system and need a electronic solenoid. I found this one on autotopoff.com and was wondering if this was a good one? Plus, does anyone know if it is open when powered or closed when powered? Any better ones out there? Thanks.

They are normaly closed. The stc solenoids are much better.

Not that I know of that are woth buying. If your just using rodi water they will not be a problem. No sw or kalk of course.
