I know the turn over rate should be high, but I never looked up the gallons per hour for the Little Giant 2 MD SC return pump I have. Now that I'm hooking it up, I looked it up, and it syas it's only 510 GPH. I have a Submersible Quiet One 3000, which suppsedly is rated for 780 GPH, but I thought the Little Giant was supposed to be a much better pump. I will have at least 2 koralia 4's in the tank, probably more later, but I'm worried that the Little Giant's 510 GPH won't be enough.

My sump is a Oceanic Sump #2, I think it's like 35 gallons. What should I do for the return pump?

as far as return pumps go i think you will be fine.
You will be having the #4's in tank for flow also

You are only limited to 600 gph for a 90 return. I use a Ocean runner2500, which is around 650 minus any head loss, I want to try and match your 600 to a return pump.

3-5X tank turnover for your return is all you need. Your system will run quieter, skim more efficiently, and use less electricity. 510gph is 5.6x turnover for a 90G, which is plenty.
