Looking For Help With Light Fixture

I am looking for a fixture that I can hang that incorporates Metal Halide with VHO or Power Compacts that can be controlled independently. My aquarium is 36" wide and 25" deep. I want to be able to start and finish with softer light and run the intense light somewhere in between. I would like for half of the VHO's or the power compacts to be actinics. I am working on a budget of about $600. If any anybody has any suggestions or ideas please chime in.
