Would anyone happen to know if a Imperator would nip at Xenia and or a Colt coral?

emperors love softies. Some people have a good experiences with them in sps tanks.

I had one that never touched corals, could be lucky I guess. I heard they were bad for softies as well.

what size did you get it? and what kind of corals did you have?

he was about 5 inches or so I didn't have Xenia at the time. I did have a huge colt coral though. Plus it was in a 90 gallon tank which was not the best. They need lots of room to swim. You're tank should be big enough. I sold it to someone that kept mostly stony corals. I had the colt coral, cabbage, finger leather, toadstool- no problem. Like I said before I believe I got lucky. They like they're caves thats for sure.

my buddy has got a fetish for those fish, they dont seem to mess with his softies, but will nip a clam on occasion.

Mine could care less about soft corals, especially flowing torches etc. However put in a colored stick(SPS) and it's snack time.
