WHat I found cheaper and easy to do is take a old wet dry set up if you can find one used and get some acrylic and make a few baffles, I built one for less than $100.

You can also you a standard glass tank and add baffles, as Racer stated above. I used a regular 29G tank for my sump and bought some 1/4 inch plexi from Home Depot to make the baffles.

Melevsreef is a good site to get ideas for baffle placement and shows many different designs.

Samething I did with my 10 gallon sump/fuge... laser cut some plexi and put it in there... probably cost me $25 for the sump...

ditto on melevs reef (http://www.melevsreef.com)

Lots of good information there. As far as cost goes, it depends on what you are trying to do.
