Hi all,

I setup this 75g tank back in Sept-2007 and it is doing very good so far, I've just upgraded the lights to 250W MH and T5 actinics to start filling the tank with corals and anemones very soon.
Right now, I have a pair of percula clowns, one yellow tang, one blue damsel, one white-tailed damselfish, pics of them can be found in my gallery, and a full CUC +/- 30 blue leg hermit crabs and +/- 30 snails.

I want to feed my fishes with good food instead of pellets, flakes or even frozen Brine shrimps, so I was wondering why not doing their own food just like many people do.
So based on what I currently have here are my questions :

Do you have a good recipe for fish food ? (with list of ingredients)
How do you prepare it?
Should I also add vitamins ? (ie. Vitamin C)

Yellow tangs likes algae according to what I've read, so any special consideration for a yellow tang? or same food for all of them?

I just made my own fish food Sunday night. I got the recipe from here:

I did added some Elos fish food to the recipe as well.

Chop up all the food into small pieces, add some VitaPep, put into zip lock bags, flatten and then freeze them:

Don't forget to add garlic! One of the cheapest and best disease preventatives there is :)

Garlic Gel Tabs from the pharmacy are a cheap, clean way to add it. $5 for a whole bottle.
