need help =]

i am wondering i have a really NICE AOG, recently i see two of the polyps turn REDISh and seem like its a tissue cover it and i used a brush i can brushed it off but it still turn back to purplish or just die off. the two polyps wont OPEN and it just melt away. DOES ANYONE know whats going on? i will try to take a pic of it
