After I started using my powerheads I notice bubles on top of the tank water is that safe?
I read bubles are no good if not what do I do it only started after adding the powerheads I am stillwaiting on my skimmer for delivery.
also went to the lfs and he sellls premade sumps with bio balls and pump he says for my tank $350 is that about right?

don't go with bioballs--they eventually become trapped with nitrates and other organics
350 bucks--would depend on the size of the sump and the pump
you should look around here in the vendors---get a sump and pump for alot cheaper then that

the bubbles are fine on the surface of the tank--not to worry

go to DYI and they have a lot of ideas to make sumps and on how to set them up. i wish i would have done that
