Do you think this in tank refugium would work in my BC29?? I really want to keep a mandarin and figured this would help me keep my pod population up. Plus the chaeto would eat some nitrates and phosphates. I would more than likely buy the smaller one.

YOU NEED SOMETHING YOU CAN KEEP YOUR LIGHTS ON 24 7 AND NOT AFFECT YOUR DISPLAY OR YOU (LIKE IN YOUR ROOM) IT WOULD WORK FOR YOUR PODS NO PREDATORS WOULD BE ABLE TO GET TO THEM IN THERE

You'd be better off going external or using the rear chambers. That way you could light it.

I also think it would be more attractive than having a plastic box in your display tank.
