Help! Worm infestation

My tank is becoming infested with a ton of red worms that have little hiary spike things on them. I think they are bristle worms. How do I get rid of them?

You don't want to get rid of them, they are good guys. In time the number will decrease to what the system can support.

I really do want to get rid of them. They are taking over my yellow watchman's home and he looks stressed.
