How high do you need the par? What bulbs are you using now? There are plenty of 250 watt DE bulbs that should give you plenty of par without having to go to a 6500K and a yellow looking tank.
What about your reflectors and ballast?

Anyway, the EVC 10000K 250 watt DE is actually a 6500K bulb or right around there. Huge par, 147 PPFD on a magnetic HQI ballast. Drops to about 100 PPFD on electronic ballast though. Gonna be yellow. Ballast makes a difference, a big difference with some bulbs.

There may be a few others. Check Sanjays site, look at the 10000K bulbs. You may find a few more that actually measure much lower than 10000K.

If its PAR you're after, your best bet is the XM 10k. I run SE 250 watt XM 10k's on a PFO HQI ballast. Ultra bright, white, much better than my Iwasaki 6500k's. Better growth too!
