I keep hearing people talk about soaking their food in vitamins. So I went to a couple local shops and asked where I could purchase these vitamins and they hadn't heard of doing this. These arent the most accredited shops in the world. So where do you guys purchase these vitamins?

They should be available at your LFS.. I personally use Vita-Chem and Selcon. If you can't find it, then search in www.marinedepot.com

My lfs carries everything I could want so I guess I am lucky.
Most carry selcon or zoecon which are fat supplements. It is a little harder to find zoe or selco which are vitamin supplements. If no one caries the locally you could try some of the rc sponsors.

Fats and Vitamins
There are several different products out there. Find the ones your fish likes
and mix and match. Ideally what you choose has vitamins derived from marine
sources. Here’s a partial list:
GVH by H2O Life (one kind for foods, one kind for algae) (vitamin)
Selco (vitamin)
Selcon (fats)
Vita-Chem (vitamin)
Zoe (vitamin)
Zoecon (fats)
Vita D is hardest and most expensive too get.

i have used some sort of vitamin soak for awhile and my remora that had a nasty gash on his pectoral fin that was down to the meat quickly healed right after starting the treatment. prior the wound had lingered for about a month with no signs of inprovement. i lost he bottle of whatever it was and i am trying to find some to just have on hand. i think the name on the bottle was vitality or something along those lines.

use selcon and zoe. Pellets soak it up pretty nice
