Did anybody experienced such thing with their porites:

Is it bruise, infection or environment?

There is a pink line disease that effects Porities species. Whether this is it, I couldn't tell you...

If it's not infectious, but stress-related (link (http://coral.aoml.noaa.gov/pipermail/coral-list/2007-November/005037.html) ), this is a good news - will improve environment.

I had a pretty nasty Nudi eating mine. When I manages to kill them and all there eggs, it grew back with a pink ring at the growth line.

How big the eggs are? Do you have a photo, by any chance?

The magnification on my photo is a as big, as I can get - eggs are not visible. On other porites too:
