Has anyone made their own live rock?

If you are familiar with the GARF website you may have noticed they make their own live rock. Its low impact on the oceans and I think it looks great. Does anyone know how to do this?

Lots and lots of people have done DIY rock. Garf has instructions on how to mix it up on there site, from there it is just playing around until you figure out how to make shapes that you like.
