I'm thinking about getting a magnet cleaner and scratch removal kit for my acrylic tank. The site I checked out http://www.etr-inc.com/shop/cart.php?m=product_list&c=24
has some pretty good looking cleaners and kits. Anyone have any experience with these things?

I use the Tiger Shark magnet with optional acrylic pads. The pads work great and I have not made any scratches inside the tank with their product. Just don't get any sand on the magnet pad.

I just ordered a Magnavore 4ER Magnet from aqua cave for my 180 acrylic tank. I'll let you know how it does..

take a piece of 400 grit sandpaper bigger then your magnet put it around it and wrap a rubber band around it to hold it on. put in tank and work it side to side not up and down or in a circle but side to side then work your way through 600, 800,1000 grit you wont believe your eyes when your done. it will look like a brand new tank. yes i've done this to my tank and it works. so has my brother freed. wet dry sand paper

I used a Mag-Float but I just got the Algae Free Hammerhead it is much better than the Mag and cuts my cleaning time in half.

Wet dry sand paper is for scratch removal works awesome. I have a extra large mag float for acylric tanks. I think it sucks!!!! I'm going to buy rare earth magnet today at LFS. I will let you now name brand, how well it works and cost later today.
