Hi,

Got a new snail and was told it was a tiger snail. He's tan, smooth with brown spots....and he likes to burrow in the sand???? Is this normal?

Yes, kinda looks like that only bigger, more sqare spots. Why is it liking the sand instead of cleaning the algae? I was also thinking about getting bumble bee snails. So far for cleaning crew I have 2 unknown snails (look like walking rocks, round shell), 1 above described snail, 3 small red-legged hermits, 1 small emerald crab and a fire shrimp that I haven't seen since I put it in the tank a couple of weeks ago. I'd like to have the brightest, fun to see since my tank is 28gal and I have to watch what is put in there.
