In my opinion both are not reef safe. I would go with Berghias

Both are hit and miss. Joe's Juice is a highly recommend solution.

Syringe + Needle + Boiling water = DEAD Aptasia.

My peppermint shrimp did a great job of clearing aiptasia but became a MAJOR pain when trying to feed my corals, especially my scolymias. I would have to stand guard with a baster for literally 1-3 hours after feeding them or the peps would reach in them and snatch out whatever i fed.

I killed them off when i did a redbug treatment after being unseccessful in trapping all of them for about a month.

My aiptasia has come back though in the last 6 months though and joes juice and kalk arent helping alot. I'm actually considering putting more peps in to get rid of the aiptasia

Any place that has a pharmacy will have them.
