i have a 20 gallon tank (16" deep) that currently i have a clown, a clown goby, a peppermint shrimp, a couple Margarita snails & about 20 pounds of live rock. i want to do some hammers, frogspawn and/or torch coral. my question is, what lighting? do i need a Nova extreme 4x24? or just like a 130 watt compact fluorescent? there is a big difference in price of these (depending on where you look) and before i buy i want to make sure i am getting the right one. let me know.

I had 130watt PCs on my 20 for 2 years and it supported LPS an softies even an anemone just fine. However if I had to do it over again I would do T5's for their slightly longer lasting bulbs better color options and they would probably run cooler. You definitely won't regret T5's.
