I recently purchased a 65 gallon tank with overflow. I finally finnished building my sump and am ready to make the transfer from my 30 gallon FOLR. What will be the safest way to do this with as littl risk of loosing my fish?

I would start by adding your sand and letting it settle (if you haven't already).

The biggest questions is how many lbs of live rock do you have.

I have alway had 1 to 2 lbs of live rock per gallon of water and never had a problem with transfer (even hard corals)

I have approximatly 80 lbs of rock

If it is super live (which it probably is ) you should have no problem. If you are concerned you can always leave your fish in the original tank for 24 hour or so before transfering to the new one.
