I have a FOWLR 100 gallon tank. I have an old canister filter I run carbon in that is 295gph, my return pump in my sump that runs around 500 to 600 gph and two Koralia 4's. Is this enough, two much, too little. Any advice would be appreciated.

Your going to want too get the organics ,phosphates, nitrates back up into the water column where they can be filtered out.
So I would suggest a flow of 20-40 times the tank vol. in gph

Your tank makes it easy 2000-4000 gph

Two Korilia 4's give you 3600 gph---so you are good (IMO)
