im not sure on the species, and the one atthe lfs is lk 1 or 2 inches

i dont have a pic but it looks just like an average scorpionfish, so i tihknk it will either end up reaching, 4 or 14 inches, i cant tell

My scorpion [ maybe 3-4" ] has seemed happy in his 20 for about a year and half now.

what do you feed it, and does it move alot, ?

No, doesn't move too much. That is why I think the 20 gal works well. It is an ambon scorpionfish.

It gets mainly gut loaded ghost shrimp. Occassionally it has taken frozen krill, squid, and shrimp, but not consistently.

have u ever put a damsel in there, and if so, did the SF eat it?

If its an ambon it shouldl be over $100.00 US. If its a "typical scorpionfish" similar to a S. brasilensis, then it will be about under 50.00

the ones at the lfs are tiny and are $25
